Our dedicated team of teachers and care givers have continuously played inestimable role in the overall development of our students. They love the students as their own children and are always willing to contribute their best in ensuring they get excellent tuition and nutrition. This is one reason we do not associate ourselves with the circles of mediocrity. We are the standard bearer of true education because our students are taught to seek knowledge to serve Allah. At Mahmud Ahmadiyya College, a teacher is a brother or a sister to the students. It is really a big family. Here, teachers are not employed on the basis of which subject he or she can teach but on which subject he has been trained to teach. Our teachers are mobilized to attend WAEC coordinations and this greatly assists them to know the areas of their subjects which require greater emphasis. Our teachers are encouraged to go for higher educational qualifications. There are teachers who joined with NCE and who are proud recipients of University degrees. While on the payroll of the College, some of our teachers obtained Masters and PhD degrees. We are proud to say that many teachers have left to head reputable colleges. Every member of the staff testifies to the fact that the salary though is incomparable to other schools, yet has the blessings of Allah. Many of the teachers own their houses and their children are doing well in school. We pay salaries unfailingly on 25th of the month. We also pay full salaries during holidays. The familiar environment, punctual and regular salaries and robust social interaction are some of the factors that bring out the best in every staff.
